Really poor experience. I spent well into a four figure sum with this garage to have various work carried out on my car. Unfortunately the battery light kept illuminating after having the alternator replaced, so I booked it back in. During the time that my car was in Ivor Miles' care, it sustained damage to the bodywork. Eventually they agreed to sort this, which they have done partially. The car has returned with further damage to the front bumper & a chunk of leather taken out of the steering wheel. Beyond frustrated. Update... After a couple of thousand miles, it's come to light that the brake discs and pads were not fitted properly at Ivor Miles, which has caused the brakes to overheat and warp. Garage that has done the remedial work were absolutely shocked. Retaining clips were also not refitted causing the pads to rattle. Terrible!
