We wanted to share how great the service from Interceramica has been from start to finish. Josh and the whole team allowed us plenty of time to change plans etc, while at the same time, their helpful and knowledgable suggestions often helped us to make a decision! We were lucky enough to get the job completed, by the super fitters, before lockdown and we are so glad as it is a real pleasure using our beautiful new ensuite. Thanks to the team, the bathroom has a real sense of calm and a spa-like feel to it while at the same time being very practical and functional. It's the perfect place to soak away the stresses of the current situation. It really feels like a treat every day. Thank you so much.

A great experience from start to finish. Josh at IC in Harrogate meticulously planned our new en-suite shower room with us, working round the constraints we had, advising what would work best and and incorporating some innovative touches. The tradesmen recommended by Inter Ceramica - Ian (plumber), Neil (tiler) and James (electrician) completed the installation to a very high standard and made sure we were happy with the end result. The completed shower room looks splendid and is a delight to use.

Inter Ceramica supplied the design and materials for our bathroom, the installation was done by a third party. I will comment on these aspects only: 1. Design: We are quite satisfied with the design solution which Inter Ceramica came up with for our bathroom. However, we have found the basin to be a little undersized and we are unhappy with the basin tap (see service below). 2. Products: The tiles look superb and the bathroom suite seems to be of good quality. The underfloor heating has stopped working three months after installation; we are looking into this as it may be an installation issue. 3. Service and supply. Josh was very good at the planning and selling stage of the process. During the build most of the products arrived on time and could be safely stored in our garage. However, there were problems supplying the exact products which we had already chosen. This may have been a COVID related issue affecting supply but it remains the supplier's responsibility to provide the products which they have sold. This supply issue resulted in a delay to the installation which cost an extra day's labour. We had to settle for a different basin mixer tap from the one we originally ordered, it is not an exact match for the bath taps and is possibly the noisiest tap we have ever encountered. But we are stuck with it now. So in summary I would suggest that if you are going ahead with this supplier, you ensure that all the products chosen for your Inter-Ceramica bathroom are in fact available before going ahead with any installation schedule.
