I had a lovely experience with the staff and was well looked after. I thought my hair was great but after the first wash it sadly started breaking. When I asked for a second opinion from another hairdresser, she said my hair was over processed probably due to using heat. I did have it bleached which can cause dry hair but this was not good. Photos will show my hair from salon to one week later I had to have it chopped off. Also hair was supposed to be a deep grey. There were lots of other customers during my 5 hrs and their hair looked great.

I was late for my appointment I was asked to go back later to have either a colour or a cut, I chose a cut as I had tried to cut my hair, looked a real mess. I came out with a new tidy look I'm really pleased. The stylist was brilliant.
