In the historic Roman town of Cirencester, the Indian Rasoi is the perfect place to experience a mixture of traditional and contemporary Indian food in a relaxed, friendly and warm environment.
An utterly characteristic interior with a relaxed welcoming feel is complemented by a constant hum of conservation from happy customers and the bustle of well turned out serving staff, darting from table to table chatting with customers and taking orders.

Ian Squires3 StarNice looking place, pleasant staff and appetising menu. We had two mains and two starters. The fish starter was two pieces of fish but the mixed tandoori was OK. Both were tasty. The lamb mains were very tough not good meat in very watery sauces. The dish taste was OK, but a strong liver overtone to the meat. Overall, far from what I would describe as an average quality takeaway and if I had eaten in I would have felt justified in raising issues there and then. Angela Mestre4 StarThe place is lovely, the food was excellent, the workers very well mannered and polite. My only criticism is that the service was quite slow. When the main arrived, we were almost out of drink, and ordered another and it never arrived.

The Rasoi is probably a bit more expensive than several local restaurants but the dishes are exceptionally good and worth less frequent visits to enjoy quality.Sunday 20th March 2022
