Set in a tranquil and attractive secure five acre site overlooking the most beautiful section of the Great River Ouse between Huntingdon and Godmanchester.  We offer 30 individual pitches with electric hook-up for touring caravans, motorhomes & trailer tents. There is also a separate area for tents offering wonderful river views and beautiful sunsets. The marina has a central basin and slip-way accommodating some fifty boats. Just got back from a lovely weekend. We were shown to our pitch by the owner and told where everything was. Our pitch was overlooking the river and we had plenty of room. We didn't need to use our car at all as you can walk into town one way or if you turn right you can walk into Godmanchester which has a lovely park a few shops and a couple of pubs/restaurants and a realy good chip shop opposite the park right next door to the dog friendly pub. The site itself has a nicely kept dog walking area, showers and toilets were kept very clean at all times. I'm sat in my deck chair still at this site as I write this review, helped by the WiFi they have here. The location by the river is stunning and last night we sat on a picnic bench over looking the river with a take away from the local Thai Restaurant which was awesome. OK as others have said you get the noise from the A14 up above but you get used to it. I don't want to leave tomorrow. This site is situated in a beautiful area with lots of shops near by. Some lovely walks through the nearby country park and along the waterways which my kids loved.Site itself is very clean and well maintained. There is no playground for the children and little room to kick a football around luckily for us it was quiet so had a little bit more room to explore. The toilets are clean and plenty of them, two showers for each sex and again they were well maintained and last long enough using a token to have a decent shower. The owners were polite and helpful and informed us that they had to leave the site for the day so we could retrieve ice packs and get shower tokens.

Stayed here for the 1st time at the weekend and will definitely be back! Beautiful views, lovely local walks and great fun hiring a boat from onsite too.

Soens every weekend here and any other spare time and holiday time we get. Such a quiet and tranquil place to be. Such lovely people and the owners Chris and Derek are very helpful. I really enjoy being there and am always sad when we have to go back home. Dog friendly. With a shower/toilet block and electric hook ups too.

Had 2 nights camping with the 4 dogs. Nice size pitch but a long walk to the toilet block as only 1.

OK so.. we were very lucky to have pitch 13A with a gorgeous view of the Marina and river ( we turned our van round to have full 180° views) Our hosts are very friendly and helpfully , can't and wouldn't knock them. But the site is generally small and needs attention to areas that flood with rain causing problems getting water and emptying waste On that note, the aren't nice at all as you have to lift a drain cover and lift the waste barrel over a small brick wall. This is the same for the chemical toilet drain too. Needs up dating! Toilets and showers are fine ( although we used our own facilities) unfortunately, you have to buy shower tokens if you were to use them. Short walk to the park and long walk around the meadow alongside the river opposite the site. People had complained of road noise but the adjacent dual carriageway A1307 has now shut down, so site is lovely and quiet. Godmanchester has 2 shops and 2 pubs , on busy roads... Haven't seen much of Huntington but there's lots of road works going on at the moment. Would we come back? Well we probably wouldn't as it's a two hour journey and would only want to stay on our pitch 13A if we did Not complaining about the site or owners.. just better sites for us much closer to home
