Great experience with the kitchen designers. A good selection to choose from and good quality. But you'll need your builder's/kitchen fitters trade account to buy from here.

Extremely unhelpful, doesn’t seem that Howdens branches like to help each other out. Avoid this branch if possible, Chelmsford has another branch, which I will be using in future.

Utter rubbish, WARNING WARNING SOLD ME A SECONDHAND DOOR AS NEW ( screw holes used , and the protection film removed) and charged me £80 for it. They also side it was a different size. No product knowledge. Drive across town to the other one . It will be a dark day before I go back there again. You have been warned !!. Update. After reading my review the manager reached out offered to refund the door and " sort me out" to improve my experience. He did refund the door , but then booked it out again for £18 less , so I have now paid £62 for a second hand door , interestingly a business in my name that closed 2 years ago received a 1 star review on the same day as they looked me up and found me. Obviously just a coincidence?!?

absolutely dreadful really unhelpful. ignored by 1 member of staff completely. served by another member of staff who was totally unhelpful with absolutely no knowledge of anything. total waste of time going to this place and won't bother using Howdens again. by comparison went to B&Q round the corner and couldn't have been served by a more helpful young man who was very knowledgeable and took the time to go through things with me - Howdens should take a lesson from B&Q !!!!!!!!
