All our surveyors are experienced in the locations that they operate and specialise within. At Houzecheck we do not have trainees or unqualified surveyors and we do not permit practices whereby trainees undertake inspections and qualified surveyors remotely sign off their reports.

Very easy to deal with. We changed our survey date three times and they were very accommodating. The surveyor rang on the day of the survey to ask if there are particular areas we'd like to fous which was appreciated, overall turnaround speed and whole process have been very smooth.

This company was amazing. My survey was booked within a week of choosing them, and then we received the report 4 days after the survey took place. The report is really thorough but easy to read. Highly recommend. Lovely to speak to on the phone. Really easy to deal with and so quick.

Really great communication and service from Daniel and the team at Houzecheck. The survey was done quickly and efficiently, great photos of all areas and made the survey clear. Competitive price too.. really friendly and knowledgeable team and would highly recommend. This is the second survey we have ever had done and this was far the better choice in comparison. I received a first class service . My enquiry was answered promptly and details recorded before agreeing the level and cost of service I needed . Everything was arranged swiftly and efficiently and estate agent contacted to arrange entry . A full comprehensive report was duly carried out including photographs and I received a copy the following day. Would definitely recommend this service
