Took two rings in to be sized, two weeks pass and i call to find out whats going on, they said it would take up to 7 days. the woman on the phone apologized for not ringing me, however she had written the size down wrong and the ring hadn't been done, one had but the other hadn't, well its been two weeks, could have been decent enough to call.
disgusting customer service AVOID at all costs find a decent jewelers.
i resent having to pay for the one ring done. seriously your a business!?
