Hound and Porter were nothing but exceptional from the beginning. From the moment we met Chris to do our valuation, we were impressed with their style. Chris cut out the ‘estate agent’ talk and was totally up front and honest. Even though H&P didn’t give us the highest valuation on our property, Chris’ reasoning was sound and gave us confidence. That confidence was confirmed with the introduction of Anthony, who was our selling agent. Anthony has been nothing but an absolute pleasure to work alongside. He is always cheerful, upbeat and is such a refreshing personality in the property world. He arranged 6 viewings of our home on opening weekend, secured 2 offers at asking price and was a brilliant go to through the process. I always want to highlight India, who completed many of the admin tasks on our account. She was lovely at every step of the way. Hound and Porter also recommended our solicitor and our mortgage advisor, both of whom turned out to be excellent. On moving day we received a touching gift from them, which was completed unexpected. I wholeheartedly recommend the entire team at H&P for anyone thinking of selling or buying.
