Just been to Horton Seat for my cars service again. Having suffered shocking service at the hands of other Seat dealers, it's almost a pleasure to book in. Each visit is a 4 hour, 180 mile round trip for me, but knowing I'll get a warm welcome and my car is being looked after, it's well worth it. The staff are all very helpful, Sue and Harry are very attentive and make me feel like a valued customer. The sales team who I have also spoken to are very friendly and helpful and give good honest advice. Thanks again Horton Seat, very highly recommended.

For the past 4 years (since I purchased the Leon from you) I have always had the car serviced with you. You also carried out my MOT's. Last time I came for a service I asked if I could have the breakdown cover adding even though I did not book online. I was told "of course sir." I thought fantastic. And even when I went to pick up my car I was reassured again that it was added. I was persistent in asking because my girlfriend broke down the previous year and when she rang SEAT breakdown she was told that you had forgotten to add it. (She also has her SEAT serviced with you.) I broke down this weekend at night. I rang SEAT breakdown cover. "I'm sorry sir, your breakdown cover expired over a year ago." You forgot to add it again. Further to this when I had my last service (June 21), the car had not been cleaned inside properly. Moving forward I'm going to have my MOT and service done elsewhere. It's simply not worth paying the premium. If it had happened once, I could have moved past it. But twice. Don't offer the breakdown unless you can help when I breakdown.

I needed a specialist Seat garage to fit a new Cambelt on advice from my usual garage. Online booking system easy to use, followed up with a confirmation phone call within the hour of booking. Car collected and delivered back to me once the Cambelt was changed and additional advisory maintenance was discussed with me before it was carried out. E-mail received with video clip of the health check carried out. Really useful and reassuring information. Brilliant service all round, friendly staff both on the phone and collecting/delivering. I will definitely use Horton Seat again. Thank you very much. 😊
