They all arrived very securely packaged with the plants in perfect order and all are now thriving. When I changed my mind about a plant pot size they readily changed the order. Check the fine print. Hortology have a returns policy which required you to arrange and pay for the return shipping. This can cost a considerable proportion of the original purchase price and it will also cost you in time energy and effort to get the item shipped back to them.Wednesday 24th February 2021
