BABA’s Cook & Bakehouse

Baba’s Cook & Bakehouse is a kitchen and micro bakery currently situated inside the well-established Horse and Jockey in Lichfield. We make and bake all our delicious products, a mixture of breads and pastries influenced from England to Europe via the Balkans, to mention a few; sourdough, baps, sweet rolls, muffins, burek, somun, baklava and flatbreads, you name it we bake it.

We combine our bakes with distinctive flavours of the Balkans, our meats are traditionally cured, rolled or marinated. All our delicious sauces, jams and pâtés are also made in house. Our meat and vegetables are locally sourced from a local butchery and farm.

We believe in local produce, well made, tasty and plentiful.
