January 2019 Review:

“I haven’t needed to use Nathaniel’s service for some time. My laptop broke due to an update, I phoned, he responded and collected my laptop early the following morning & dropped it back again, later that evening. Service is second to none ! Open over 7 years and still going!

We’ve been repairing laptop and desktop PCs, Apple Macs, internet issues, website designing, IT tutoring in and arounds Horncastle since 6th April 2012. We’ve traveled further than we thought we would, starting in Horncastle and going to Woodhall Spa, Tattershall, Spilsby…and further to Louth, Wragby, Burgh le Marsh, Stickney, Billinghay…and even some jobs in Boston, Sleaford and Lincoln. Must be doing something right

Excellent service from Nathaniel at very reasonable cost. My laptop, which was very slow and constantly freezing, now works much, much faster. It was definitely worthwhile getting him to look at it. I would happily recommend his services and use him again.

Nathaniel's service never fails to deliver ! Our office PC went up in smoke, not having needed his help for over two years, I was not expecting a quick response, so wrong to think that. Nathaniel phoned back that evening, recommended a list of possible replacements to purchase. Arranged a pick up of old & new equipment on his way through from Sheffield a few days later & dropped it all back later that same day ! What more could one ask for - top notch & thank you Alison

Phoned Horncastle Computer Services and described the long-running problems I had with my 3 year old laptop. Nathaniel instantly knew what the problem was likely to be and picked up the laptop from my home the next day. A few days later, he rang to confirm the fault and price. A few days later my laptop was returned. I have been using it for the past week and it is like a new machine, quicker than it's ever been since new, and much cheaper than a new laptop. Thank you so much for a great service. I highly recommend this business.
