Stopped here at lunchtime today and purchased a delicious portion of rock and chips. The fish was tasty and cooked to perfection and the chips were nicely cooked and not greasy at all. Definitely a place to revist if I'm in the area again.

Me and my husband came in for the first time tonight after having recently moved nearby to the area. Easily some of the nicest chips we've ever had. The young lad was friendly and efficient too, will definitely be sending the husband in on his way home from work. Good job all :)

Good local Chip Shop with very friendly staff. Decently priced and you get plenty for it. Nice crispy chips with beautifully battered fish. Highly recommend

Quite possibly the best chicken burger in my life. I'm a small lass of 31 years old and there has only ever been one other time that I finished the entire burger to myself. I happily enjoyed this from my 12 min drive home and my partner was also having a mouth party over the freshly cooked chips and 2 battered sausages. He made a massive deal about the crispy chip flakes that were the scraps as we usually call them - pretty much dancing in his seat whilst enjoying every last one. My other friend had cod and a small battered sausage. Oh and we had mushy peas too. ALL plates were empty. I didn't actually think a chippy would really deserve a 5 star review but here we are. Just amazing food at a great price. Go visit - you will not be disappointed, especially if you get there right as they open for the fresh to death experience.

Fantastic service, awesome fish & chips and the battered sausages and scampi are well worth it too! Could not wish for better from a local establishment!
