They are located along the high street and have access to the county square as well. They have a simple to follow lay out of the floor plan and they a spacious showroom. Theo have a simple but elegant products, as for me the wall art and tables ranging from 2 to 10 seats. They had a varied range, and each design had its own unique twist to it, like telling its own story for you investigate on your own. The floor was clean and the security was very discrete, did feel like someone was over my shoulder at every turn.

I have purchased furniture from HomePlus for a number of years and have been generally happy with the quality and the service provided. However, I purchased two wardrobes at the start of this year and was not happy with the quality considering the price tag. Doors don't align properly, screws for the handles faulty. Perhaps a recent change in supplier. Either-way, quality does not warrant the price tag.

I have bought all living room my furniture from this store in Ashford. I recently had a faulty manufacture issue with one of the chair . It was just over 6 months .l went to the store for support and I was told to email customer service, the whole process was so stressful and with no help . I was told they only offer refund within 30 of purchase and manufacture issues up to one year in the email . After producing an invoice , I was then told its 6 months for this item . When you are purchasing products from them , you are only given hand written invoice with no terms and conditions printed at back and you are not provided a copy in store . It's when you have an issue that you are given all these details . There is no complaints service offered . I'm now stuck with a £279 chair that I'm expected to bin as I can not find a carpenter to fix it . My child fell from it and hit her head of the floor . I was so disappointed after spending 1000s of pounds to support a local business to be treated like this .

I hadn't visited since the store relocated and as a consequence was surprised by the reduction in sales floor. We were looking for a double bed and felt the range on offer was much smaller than in the past. There seemed to be more " pick-up-and-go" items and less "serious" furniture. A member of staff bade us a cheery goodbye as we left which was pleasant. However, no one had approached us as we arrived or as we browsed.
