Second online purchase this month. Click and Collect. Only due to me being in Southampton and the store in Winchester. It may be a fairly large store but they outshine many others when it comes to customer service, both in store and by phone. Quality goods at great prices. Well done, Homebase, Winchester.

If I could rate them a 0 I would! Came from Salisbury to Winchester as it said there were 4 of the ornaments in stock that I was looking for. Got there, couldn’t see any, asked someone and they said what we had was out. Tried the click and collect that advertises as ready within the hour as it was still advertising 4 in store and nobody had bothered to check the back. Ordered, popped for a coffee, went back to the store 1 hour later as still heard nothing from them, no notification they didn’t have it. For me to get there and be told the order hadn’t been picked yet. Off he went to get it, came back and said I will need to cancel your order as we don’t have it. Why after an hour was I not notified beforehand. Cancelled the order, then made to queue again to pay for the item I was then buying since I couldn’t get what I wanted. Poor customer service, shoddy stock control. And they wonder why people shop elsewhere

I do enjoy visiting the garden center, but almost always end up leaving with something else. If you're in need of fans or air cons this summer, they had a wide range available.

Went in to try and buy a fan asked a staff member if they had any. He said they where up on the racks and they couldn't get them and suggested I come back tomorrow. I got one from a deferent shop online instead. I wont bother with Homebase again.

absolutely rubbish brought too lengths of wood one of them is rotten in the middle absolutely rubbish charge me £11 each the staff are absolutely useless don't bother going there go to Wickes instead
