Good prices on some things. Parking, 30 minutes Free on front row of spaces outside the store otherwise £1.50 for 2 hours. Refundable from a minimum £5 shop at Sainsbury's who own the site.

How are you actually supposed to shop? You can't get a trolley down most of the aisles, let alone and wheelchair for disabled users. I think someone should look at this with a bigger perspective of what the shopper needs.

We ordered a strimmer yesterday online. The website showed they had stock and we paid in full for click and collect. Received a phone call this morning saying they didn’t have any stock. HB might want to work a bit on their systems

Staff are really lovely which is why I gave the store a star. No delivery options for large items in the store but was given a number to ring to organise delivery but nobody answered. Went online as were advised that they sort delivery but they don't. If you sell things too big for a car, a delivery service would be nice. As a result we have had to take our trade elsewhere.
