Really Really unhappy. Purchased a grill. Website said they had 12. Paid for delivery. 9 days later, still no sign. Customer Service said Felixstowe no longer have any. Unable to track my grill. No one seems to want to help. Just said they will give me a refund, which does not really help.

Have some bargains in store if you look, stocked quite well and the staff are friendly and helpful when you can find one on the shop floor.

Easy to park, friendly staff. Decent selection & price, but prefer bigger stores. Is conveniently located for me which is a bonus !
