My first visit to this nail shop was amazing. The place is very clean, The staff are lovely and most importantly the pedicure and manicure were on point. I definitely will be going back.

I called yesterday to book an appointment for the following day. I arrived on time and was seen 40' later. At one point I asked how long the wait is and they said 5' which was sadly 20'. I am not expecting the nail technician to chat to me, I understand they have a busy schedule and see loads of customers every day, but to leave my hand kinda abruptly to go and check the nails of the customer next to me and laugh and casually chat with her colleague when they know they have been more than half an hour late is a bit much. I also noticed that the machine for curing the nails was full of nail dust which for hygienic reasons needs to be addressed. On the positive my nails look really good but I am unsure I will be coming back when being seen in time is a gamble (even if you have a set appointment).

Staff very unpleasant , rolling their eyes if you changed your mind, and also very expensive and no quality in their work.If you ask for a model, they will just throwit it out on your nails. I have done my nails for the past 20 years and I have never ever had such bad experience.

Very good quality and reasonable prices. Best to book and avoid high peak times, usually on weekends. Staff are very responsive and management is very friendly. Would always recommend.

16.7.22 I booked a pedicure and was seen on time, it was a quiet evening. It was great to see staff relaxing, chatting, laughing and getting pampered with pedicures from Van. 🙂 12.7.22 I had my nails done here as I worked nearby , luckily I didn't attempt to do this during my lunch break. They book appointments which I didn't realize however they take walk ins when they have availablity, Laurence, pleasant and helpful said it's a 20 minutes wait, which turned out to be 1 hour. Van came over and asked me to choose my colours, showed her a picture of what I'd like, her response "we don't have exact colours", I said closest colours to this would be fine, she came across unfriendly and harsh. I do understand it's been a long busy day for them but I've also had a busy hard day at work and I've waited an hour. Van did my nails quickly which was great, she's got steady hands.
