We stayed at this Holiday Inn as part of our drive to The Cotwolds. We stayed for 1 night and managed to get a good deal for a room including half board (dinner and breakfast). This deal worked out to suit our plans. The room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Dinner was nice, the service was also good. A particular mention to the young waiter who attended to us, his hospitality was on point! The reception staff were also friendly, polite and helpful. All in all our stay was nice. Thank you to all the team :)

Nice location, small room size for the price, but clean. Kid friendly, they even arrange for play pen in the room before arrival. No room service, so anything you need incuding basic toiletries should be picked from the front desk. Buffet breakfast is excellent, they even cater to special requests like vegan sausages etc. Staff is friendly. It was around Christmas time and we were welcomed with mince pies.

Clean and reasonable price hotel. It’s lovely with breakfast included. Nice place, nice staffs. And incredible design on the bathroom and toilet door!!! You want to check out what it is, you should book a room here🤣🤣 enjoy your trip!!!

Location next to a park & ride (only a handful of cars parked there, so not sure if that was due to hols or ???)- There is an Asda supermarket nearby 3-5 min drive away... Service - staff at breakfast worked very hard over the Easter weekend....it was very busy! Breakfast staff all very cheerful and good humoured despite the people traffic and our demands!! 👍 Rooms - standard HIE rooms...but disappointed with the lighting in the rooms at this location....very difficult to read with the energy saving low wattage bulbs!! Don't believe I've encountered that at other HIE locations...so for those who enjoy books/ newspapers etc rather than watching TV, you may want to reconsider... Despite the number of children at this location, there was no running around in the corridors or banging of doors either early mornings or late at night! Definite plus ☺️😀
