The staff are really helpful and lovely. Some if not all are crafter's themselves and were able to advise on products and offer ideas and suggestions from their own experience on what to do/ try. A good range of products. Easy to get to see on a retail park too.

Nice store, lots of crafty items in stock. Unfortunately, didn't have what we were looking for. Loads of art accessories, sewing, model making, knitting, cricutting, kids, make your own, gadgets and lots more. If you love adult colouring books, they had a great selection, along with the pens/pencils.

Went into hobby craft just have a look around, and was absolutely appalled by how one of the staff members treated my friend and I. We were just running our fingers down the thread holders because it fascinated us (we’re both diagnosed autistic so that sort of thing pleases us) and one of the staff members (female blonde) came up to us and went “do you have to do that.” And we just looked at her and then she went “can you not.” And sarcastically said thanks and stuck her thumbs up and added at the end “cameras watching you”. Very disgusted with how we were treated!
