As an Artist and Crafty person like myself, I really admire going to this Hobbycraft each and every week, I love getting what I need with no problems, some staff are willing to help you what your looking for, but good place nonetheless, But the only problem I have, is lack of Cashiers for the Paying area, I find myself waiting to pay for my stuff, and sometimes the paying booth is empty, they really need to hire more People, it just feels dead empty in the store. but that doesn't bother me too much as I still love going to Hobbycraft.

Excellent help from Rosie very friendly & helpful & always smiling she's definitely a benefit to the Tunbridge Wells store & would definitely make me shop there again if all the staff are as helpful.

The only hobby/ model place in my area ,airfix revell tamiya kits paints accessories not the biggest selection compared to modelzone a few years back but good enough. Also staff are very helpful if you have a phone enquiry.

Great store lots of choice for any hobbies on two floors can be bit expensive. Staff friendly helpful no issues. Parking can be bit tricky.
