Hoath House Estate is comprised of a stunning Victorian and Tudor mansion, set in vast beautiful gardens, featuring a swimming pool, luxurious glamping domes and a state of the art wedding marquee. Hoath House estate enjoys an enviable location in the heart of England’s garden, yet within an hour’s travel of London. Hoath House is an exclusive use manor house wedding or event venue set in the glorious Kent countryside. Our years of experience and expert event planners will work with you to build the wedding or event of your dreams. Using our network of suppliers and internal events company we can quickly build an event that reflects your unique catering taste and style. We searched for a wedding venue for a long time as we wanted somewhere we could have the whole day in one place but would also allowed us to stay over night with some of our guests. We struck gold when we found this absolute gem of a venue – allowing both of our families to stay for the entire weekend! The grounds are beautiful, as are the views, and the house has so much character. Richard was incredibly helpful throughout, and gave us lots of advice but was also very flexible allowing us to have our wedding exactly the way we wanted it. We had an amazing weekend and did not want to leave….we are already planning our return visit with the family!

We had our wedding at Hoath House and it was absolutely fantastic! The grounds are beautiful and we loved having so many friends and family to stay and having the freedom to bring in our own suppliers for different parts of the wedding (although Hoath House also gave us some excellent recommendations). Both Harry and Richard were super helpful on the day and leading up to it. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

My husband and I held our wedding at Hoath House and had the most incredible weekend. Harry was supportive, calm and helpful all the way through our year of planning which helped us to create our perfect day. We had family and friends staying on site for the whole weekend which was an unforgettable experience. Everybody loved their rooms, the house, the gardens and the pool. We couldn’t have asked for anything more and highly recommend!

We had an exceptional weekend stay as wedding guests at Hoath House. It is a stunning setting, a beautiful manor surrounded by wonderful gardens and wide views across the countryside. Our room in the house was most comfortable, the team hosted us with warmth and attention - really couldn't have hoped for better.

We had a wonderful wedding weekend after Hoath House. The house itself is beautiful and accommodated many family and friends. The marquee was well equipped and simple to rent which saved a lot of time. The grounds were stunning and our photographer was so excited as we're our guests. Harry is a credit to Hoath House - he worked tirelessly and helped to make our weekend special!

Such a beautiful house and the grounds in which it sits are stunning. The layout of the rooms is really family friendly and the kitchen so well equipped. The bedrooms are all really comfortable with amazing views over the gardens. We enjoyed our stay so much and were really sad to leave.
