Adam was just brilliant from the first contact to just last month! It has been four years of on and off contact thanks to covid! From our engagement shoot to our wedding, reception and more recently our family one. Could not have asked for anyone better to photograph our wedding day (twice!) He was so kind, helpful and understanding when we were in covid times when like many couples we didn’t know if we were coming or going. Our photos are just beautiful as he made us feel so comfortable even for two people who find photos so awkward! We got every shot we could have asked for and more. Could not recommend him enough.

We booked Adam to be our photographer 2 years before our wedding date and I can't put into words how lucky we were to have found him. Right from the start he was easy and professional to deal with. On the actual day of the wedding, Adam came in and immediately it felt like we were with another friend on the room. He blended in and most of the time we barely knew either of the photographers were snapping away. He was easy to chat to and even my youngest son who is very shy absolutely loved him. Adam clearly took on board everything we had said in the day planner and both Adam and Steve captured our day perfectly and took shots naturally of everything we wanted and more. Now that we have received the photos they are absolutely stunning. They tell the story of our day perfectly. Anyone who is thinking of booking Adam at Hillier James, don't hesitate. Beautiful photographs! So happy! Adam was very discreet and unimposing and we barely knew he was there, and yet we have lots of amazing natural pictures from our special day. We would 100% recommend Hillier James to anyone looking for a wedding photographer. In the run up to the wedding Adam was great at replying to various questions and on the day both he and Winston were fantastic company and put us at ease whilst being subtle and professional throughout the day. The final photos are brilliant and we couldn't have wished for anything more. We would not hesitate in using them if we had our time again.
