Through tragic ongoing circumstances I am able to provide a review of Hillcrest. I can not praise Lynn and her team enough in offering warmth, understanding, and providing care to adults who are so vulnerable in todays society. For residents here daily life is challenging on every level. Staff work hard on an individual basis to facilitate and enable as much independence as possible. Every resident here is respected no matter what difficulty they may have and staff are kind, patient and relaxed. It is clear there is investment in education and training for staff and a caring ethos is truly seen across the board. It is most humbling to observe and personally I am indebted to these people who go the extra mile in caring on a day to day level.
