Sarah at Heulwen Lewis Bespoke is fantastic!! I asked Sarah to design a bespoke wedding ring to fit around my engagement ring. From initial concept support to visual in 3D CAD, I am so pleased with the end result. Sarah took a pair of good, but boring emerald stud earrings, and turned them into a pair of magnificent emerald and diamond drops. She provided me with a number of bespoke designs and I chose the one that suited my requirements. I could not recommend her more highly.

The experience of working with Sarah was way beyond my expectations . I took some inherited and unworn pieces to her with a vague brief to turn them into a ring and a bangle. I had never commissioned jewellery before and had little idea of my own tastes or of what could be possible. She was sympathetic to my general lack of knowledge and provided sets of contrasting sketches which we were then able to work on together to settle on a quirky and unique design. I love wearing them and will treasure both items to one day pass them on as heirloom pieces in their own right. I cannot recommend Sarah highly enough.

Sarah recently completed a bespoke ring order for me. I was very happy with the result, but I was particularly impressed by the excellent customer service. The process was done compleltely online, with regular updates and resin versions sent to confirm size and design. Sarah answered all my questions and I felt at ease and informed from start to finish. For anyone who feels a little uneasy about making a significant purchase online, Sarah is a great choice.

I contacted Sarah to discuss re-inventing my wedding jewellery into something special for my daughters wedding day. Sarah was so easy to talk to and the pieces she creates were beautiful. The whole process from seeing the images to the finished article was perfectly managed by Sarah. My daughter was blown away with what we had done and will treasure them forever.
