I cannot express how professional and kind the team at Heritage are. My late husbands funeral was a full service funeral, with personnel in attendance. Heritage worked alongside them and gave my husband a dignified yet very personal send off. Nothing was too much trouble. Myself and my family felt completely safe in their hands. the whole team from the administration department, the funeral home, the staff on the day, made a unbearable situation , bearable. Their compassion and professionalism went far beyond our expectations. I whole heartily would recommend the team at Heritage.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to Ben Blunt and his wonderful team members at Heritage and Sons who assisted us during my brother-in-law's funeral service at the crematorium on Tuesday 9th April 2023. Heritage and Sons have just completed the laying of a tablet stone in the churchyard for us. They took care of all the arrangements and paperwork and the finished piece is beautiful. Sue has been so patient, supportive and happy to provide unintrusive advice where required which was so helpful. Can't recommend them highly enough. Heritage and Sons were faultless with the funeral arrangements and this recent experience has been exactly the same.

After a very long and happy life, my grandma sadly lived her last days several weeks ago. Loss is never easy and this one for me was a truly awful one. Finding a funeral directors that you can trust to look after such a precious family member is not an easy task but for me, Heritage & Sons was always going to be my number one. After looking after my beloved grandfather just under 10 years ago, they blew us away with their professionalism and compassion once again. From the lovely lady that collected my grandma from home who hugged us and told it would be ok, to the incredible team in the office, I couldn’t have asked for a better way saying goodbye. Sue is just incredible, Vaughn was a much welcomed familiar face (as he looked after my grandfather), Leila is also an absolute asset to the team. They treated my grandma with the upmost respect, made her look beautiful and organised a precious, intimate day. No ask was too big and every request was organised incredibly quickly and it took a lot of stress away from an already stressful situation. I will never forget the way they made me and my family feel so at ease. If anything were to happen, I without question would like them to look after me or my other family members. Thank you again, you are all superhero’s.
