It was my first time visiting Herbies as they were able to fit a part that another garage could not. They were friendly, professional and very accommodating with the appointment time to suit my working hours. All was fixed when I went to collect my car and I was told there would be no charge due to the short time it took to complete... Unbelievable really and hugely appreciated with the week I'd been having! I could not be happier, thanks Mark and team.

Annual service b2 on my Mercedes A250 and MOT. Very professional and a great garage if you want local technicians to do a great job at a very reasonable price. Had my car ready by lunchtime and can't thank them enough. If you want a local dealer that's honest and go above the normal, maybe try Herbies. Is there another car place i would take my car in the future? There isn't for me.

Booked mot, as soon when the mot had been completed was contacted right after informed it had failed. Thought this was very professional as have had to phone previous garages to find out the result, thinking it would be a few days before the repairs could be done was happily surprised when had a phone call next day saying it was all done. Brilliant service, kept well informed, superb garage will definitly use again 👍👍👍👍👍
