Dianne Hedges4 StarI have had the privilege of working in care for nearly 10 years now. Working with HH for 3 half years. I started off in plymouth with HH and has a wonder permanent round of customers to look after of which many became more like friends and family to me. Currently working at the ferndown team for 18 months after moving here due to my husband's relocation. At first I was given a mixed round and slowly over the last 9 months or so have got a permanent run of regular customers of which I have become to see as friends now. I work better with regular customers as they get to know me and in return I do believe care is better received. I love my job and couldn't think of doing anything else

Linda Cross1 StarMyself and 6 other competent people spent 5 days on a course at their ferndown office , we all passed and we were promised work but heard nothing back from them. I am in touch with all 6 I met on the course and none of them were contacted and their phone calls and emails ignored. Thankfully we have all gone on to work for reputable care companies.
