sue powell3 StarCarers good, but administration poor. Accounts department can't seem to set up direct debits for my 87 year old mum. Keep saying they've done it and then she gets a £2000 bill stating they've not had their payment. It then tak a months to sort out, meanwhile the bills are still mounting. Not good.
