She is professional and confident while also being very personable, friendly and kind. She did an amazing job! I wanted a change in colour and she advised me with confidence on how doing it slowly over time would be most beneficial in maintaining the strength of my hair. Her personal goal is to never forsake the hair strength for the colour and I truly value her sentiments here! She is one of the best I have seen and I will defiantly stick with her moving forward. First time I have visited this salon and came away really happy with my cut and colour last week by Faith. She really listened to what I wanted, offered options ( but no hard upselling which was appreciated) and was happy to give me different quotes. Really nice styling and great colour. I will be back.

Disappointing service. I’ve had my hair cut at this branch for several years, always been fine. First time having colouring there. Stylist not particularly engaged, outcome disappointing, not actually covered the greys as requested, left a lot of dye on skin/in ears etc. No communication about the type of dye being used (only found out later it was a semi-perm gloss). End result basically same as I have done at home, no differentiation between colours. Stylist offered to lighten some, but offer very half hearted.

Janine in the Surbiton branch did an amazing job, I have beautiful highlights and a very trendy graduated bob, which I love. She also does lovely waves with the GHDs. I trust her 100% to recommend the right cut and colour to suit me.

I always use Jasmine, she does the best colour glossing and styles my hair beautifully. Reasonably priced when using the VIP weekday discount which is easy to sign up for via the Headmasters website. Would definitely recommend!
