What a great site! Very welcoming owners and a lovely relaxed vibe. The touring pitches had plenty of space around them, giving you lots of room to relax. There was a fantastic covered area with table tennis, table football and a pool table, great for kids and adults. There's also a really nice little play area for the kids. They also have a football pitch which is great for getting all the kids to interact and make new friends. The shower facilities are lovely and clean. There are only 2 showers, but it seems to be enough as I didn't have to queue, even at peak time. They have disabled sheer and toilet facilities too. We came here from a Haven site on our way home, and this place is so much nicer and way more relaxed. Our kids feel safer and are happy to go off and explore and play.

Just spent 5 nights here and must congratulate Rosemary, Peter and the rest of the family for the hard work they have put in to this site in just over a year. Peaceful, except for the sound of children playing together and enjoying themselves in outdoor activities and not hooked up to media devices ! Pizzas were lovely too. Will be back for sure to spend time in a friendly environment on a proper caravan and camping site where everyone seems relaxed and enjoying themselves.

Lovely site, very friendly owners. Only gripe is the ground is quite wet in places even though it hasn't rained for well over a week and there's no lighting at night - take a torch! Owners are quite new and have made lots of improvements and more planned (more toilets and showers and higher wattage electric hook-ups on their way!) Really clean facilities and well maintained and lovely woodland walk right next to the site - the dog loved it too! Very peaceful location, could only just hear the M50 at times despite being close by

This is a 5* review from us. Spent the best 3 nights at this excellent campsite. Pete and his family were so helpful in getting our group booked in. We were 15 families all with special needs children and young adults. The site was perfect with lots of activities, spotlessly clean and safe. The pizza’s baked on site were a huge hit with everyone. Amazing campsite! Highly recommend. Fab play area, our 3 year old loved it. Also football pitch, games area (pool, table tennis and table football) and badmington. Great pizzas, very clean facilities and site, super friendly owners, surrounded by woodland with a beautiful lake and gorgeous walks a stones throw from your tent. Great for kids and dogs! Definitely will be back. Thanks! Loved it.
