We had a lovely 3 night / 4 day stay here. Much smaller than some of the Havens we have been too however the first to have an outdoor pool! The caravan itself was lovely much newer than some we have been too and was decorated nicely. The only down side was that the twin rooms had drastically different size beds and at different heights. One being VERY small! Only one restaurant/bar on site however did nice food and drinks. Option to order pizza or fish and chips as a takeaway or sit on the picnic benches outside. The Club house was good with entertainment for all as-well as a good selection of arcades which was enjoyable. Staff were always friendly and attentive. Indoor pool was okay but quite small and needed to be booked probably due to its size. Although there was an outdoor pool the weather wasn’t good enough for us to use it unfortunately however can imagine it’s great when the weather is nice. Little shop on site that is handy and had most things you would need from toiletries to food and even gifts. A couple of options for kids play areas which is great. The location was okay but no bus service like we have had at other Havens so you really need to be able to drive as nothing within walking distance. I don’t think we would return however we did enjoy our stay.

We LOVE it here! We have returned for many years now. Caravans have always been clean and tidy. The site is lovely, tucked away among the trees - squirrels, rabbits and ducks roaming around. Food facilities are great: onsite restaurant, fish and chip shop, Papa Johns and a small "corner shop". Indoor pool is lovely with a small, shallow pool for toddlers with small slide and water play table, then a bigger pool and separate water slide. There are a couple of play parks on site too - not a huge amount of equipment but nice for a quick play. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and staff on reception very willing to help.

Amazing place to stay! I was nervous taking my children on my own but we loved every minute from start to finish! Every single member of staff was approachable and nothing seemed to much always friendly and willing to help at any point.

All as it should be. Used the dining hall barefoot one evening without issue. The food was "great for the price". Bronze caravan was spacious and well appointed. Just a shame the sink was the wrong hand for that kitchen and no toilet brushes.. Great base to sight see from.

On arrival I was greeted by a lovely security guard she directed me where to go. The two checking ladies were very friendly and helpful. Caravan was spotless, comfy and had everything we needed. I'd gone on holiday on hopes of a quiet, relaxing few days. I was not disappointed. Will definitely be retuning.
