We initially contacted Haus via their online form, and after some crossed wires with a missed call we were given a quote at the same time as their initial assessment of the issue. As a space had become free, the guttering was replaced the very next day. The two lads who came to repair/replace it were really quick, efficient and tidy and explained to us why we had had the issue, and what they had done to make sure the same didn't happen again. Tom then visited us a few hours later to check the work and make sure we were happy. As a result, we have now requested details be sent to us regarding replacing our conservatory doors and some blown glass panels. All in all impressed with the service.

Really great work replacing the old gutters, fascias and soffits on my house by James, Thomas and Thomas. Looking forward to also getting my windows and exterior doors replaced by Haus in the coming weeks. Update: Very pleased with my new doors and windows. The service from this company is exemplary. There was no pressure from Jason when he came to quote for a Warm Roof, which put us at ease and gave us the confidence to use them. Luke and Nathan who did the install worked in sub zero temperatures to get the job done and has done a fantastic job. I am so pleased I have arranged for them to do more work for us. There is no need to go to any other company. Well done.
