Absolutely delighted with the service given by the team at Harris & Harris, Axminster, who could not have been more helpful. We chose this small, family run agency because not only did they know the local market and gave a realistic valuation, they had a friendly, but very professional, approach to selling the property. They could not have been more helpful during the sale process; with us selling an empty property on behalf of a relative and living so far away they visited the bungalow regularly to keep an eye on it and even took utility meter readings for us on the day of completion. We cannot express just how delighted we are with the service which James provided. Prior to finding a buyer we were very impressed with the care he took to ensure that all Covid rules were followed. During the legal process James excelled himself by keeping on top of our conveyancer (who was relaxed to say the least) to the point where he was making daily calls on our behalf. Our property was left empty for a time and James made a point of checking it out to make sure everything was secure and in good order. If you want an estate agent in Axminster, in our opinion, you couldn’t do better.
