Have been ordering from here for a while now had the odd item missing when receiving our order but nothing major. However tonight was a different story 2hr wait for our meal ordered at 7 came at 9 rung 3 times they will be here soon. When the food came it was cold i called them asked for a refund he said only if i gave the food back i asked what he would with it he said he would throw it in the bin. Not happy with the service at all tonight not ordering from them again

NEVER AGAIN RUBBISH FOOD, RUBBISH SERVICE Waited nearly 2 hours for food to be delivered. When we rang them to see where it was they said that they had already been and we didn't answer the door to them. Checked our CCTV and this wasn't true. They then said it would be here within 5 minutes, half an hour later had to ring again. When it finally did turn up, we was only given half of our order and it was cold. There was a bone in the chicken and the lamb wasn't edible. Rang again to request the rest of our order that they didn't deliver, they hung up on us. Finally got the rest of our order and it was wrong again. second half went in the bin untouched.

Be warned if you're having a meal with rice included in the price. Even though it says any rice included, if you choose fried rice or flavoured rice they will overcharge you. This happened to me 3 times and each time I ran them and they, strangely, said ok you can have it included in price, buy you have to pay extra. Not sure how both can happen at the same time but this is what they said each time! Wit regards to the food, I had the same meal each time and each time the taste varied so much they tasted like 3 different curries. The first one the flavours were amazing, the 2nd two weren't as good. The rest of the food was ok, bit not great. Out of principal I won't buy from people who sneakily overcharge and also because the curry flavours differ so much you never know what your going to be getting when you order, so I wouldn't use again for that reason either.

Don't get a delivery, an hour late, food was cold and when I phoned to complain they were so rude it was unreal
