“As PA to a perfectionist, I was tasked in January 2018, to find a firm of Surveyors ‎who could provide a bespoke report on a number of important property issues affecting communal maintenance and encroachment. 

Having spent the best part of a day on the telephone after scouring the Internet for possible surveyors, without much success, I got a recommendation from an acquaintance‎. 

That recommendation was Harkin Associates. All the other surveyors firms I had spoken to that day were very dismissive, inflexible or could not ‎find the time to return my call. 

What a relief it was when I contacted Harkin Associates. I found the company receptive, professional and accommodating. 

Naturally, my perfectionist boss was rather impressed when I confirmed with him that I had found a Surveyor who ‎could provide a bespoke service and that I had booked an appointment. 

We could not be more impressed with the services received which included several high quality reports, verbal advice and more. 

It is great to know that companies like Harkin Associates still exist, where customer satisfaction and excellent service take precedent over extortionate and shoddy workmanship.
