We went for a wonderful breakfast before a lovely spa day and it started us off brilliantly. Wonderful service by a beautiful young lady who made sure we had everything we needed. The food was lovely, highly recommended the unlimited breakfast. No need for lunch now. Thank you very much for looking after us so well. Kelly x

I would have given Ham Farm a five star rating but having to wait for over half an hour just to be seated even though we had booked the table well in advance for my daughters birthday isn't great. But they did give us our first round of drinks free as an apology for the delay. The staff were very attentive and always happy to deal with any concerns we may have. The food was delicious although my brother in law's mixed grill was predominantly cold but we were all so hungry by then that he just cracked on and ate it without complaining. Overall it is a lovely place to eat at.

We ate in the pub bit as the restaurant was busy but it was to our advantage as it was quieter and had a cosy feel. The staff were all lovely and accommodating but sadly the food wasn't. We only ate it because we were hungry. The salad bar was the best bit.

Two stars is only because the lad that served us was very pleasant. Otherwise one star for the food quality and value for money. To serve coleslaw and a portion of peas in a tiny silver dish that should be reserved for a bit of ketchup or mayo takes the mick really. Have added a pick of the coleslaw which was the entire portion next to my fork, the coleslaw was served warm so I didn't eat any of the miniscule portion. The so called portion of coleslaw no more than one mouthful! Likewise the peas. Salad garnish looked like last week's lettuce, wilted. The corn on the cob had to be returned as it tasted like it had been laying in water for way to long and had a very mushy consistency and funny taste. The replacement slightly less mushy but still had a strange taste and very watery. I will not return and feel nearly £40 for what we received today was not good value for money. Hubbies onion rings were in soggy batter and they too tasted like they had been laying around far too long. Worst meal I've had out in ages. Very disappointed.
