Excellent Service – As I hadn’t heard of Halo previously, I was abit reluctant about where my car was going to be repaired. My vehicle had been damaged by another person and it was their insurance who organised the repair. The gentleman who collected the car was very polite and smartly presented, which reassured me. Additionally, they loaded the car onto a trailer, so I knew my car would be taken care of professionally. My car was repaired and returned to be in advance of the time they originally estimated. The work completed is outstanding and doesn’t look as if the car was damaged in the first place. Plus, the car was thoroughly valeted which was an additional bonus. All the work comes with a guarantee. If my car ever needs any work in the future, they will be my first point of call. I will be recommending them to family and friends. To everyone at Halo, thank you, so, so much your all Stars and 5 stars on Trust Pilot doesn’t do you justice.

Terrible service from start to finish. They had my car for insurance work but they couldn't source the parts (was expected due to age and model) They dropped the car back to me with more damage than when it left. Appears as if they have forced open the door which now means another replacement part. For a company that prides itself in its customer service and vehicle care I am very disappointed and now even more out of pocket. Avoid!
