Anthony5 StarA superb retail experience. The man that served me was courteous, kind, nice and attentive. He was knowledgeable, and possessed great expertise. Better than all that, he was not pushy, or salesy - just driven by a desire to be helpful and do the right thing for me. His advice, which went above and beyond, was incredibly useful and was bang on the point. I thought I understood what I needed when I went in, I knew I understood what I needed when I came out. Kelly Walker5 StarI visited my local store to purchase some brake lights and had them fitted while I waited. The till clerk check they had the correct bulbs in stock. I waited only 5 minutes for a fitter to be available and they fitted the bulbs in a very fast and efficient manner. All staff members were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Always use Halfords for bulbs wipers etc as I know I will receive top service. Will definitely be back next time.Tuesday 22nd March 2022
Gwendoline5 StarWent for a free battery check as the warning light had come on. Greeted by a friendly helpful guy at the pay counter who called over another friendly helpful guy to check the battery. He was very courteous and quick and even though the battery was fine he suggested what else I could do.
Both wore masks which I thought was very responsible as not every shop does now.Saturday 23rd April 2022
