jpcoll20115 StarBrought a cycle for my daughter as a surprise and paid for it prior to picking it up. Through various reasons, I had to bring my daughter to pick it up and she dwarfed it. They offered straight away to refund my money and offer a suitable alternative and one that would last more than a couple of weeks. :-)
Update:
Took my second hand bike I purchased from someone into Halfords to get checked over and had a silver service to make sure everything was good. What excellent customer service from the bike team and brilliant work done on the bike. Thank you all so much. You hear so many bad reviews about different Halfords but this one is a gem as far as the bike department is concerned. See you all soon for the next service and upgrade.
Update 7/04/21
Used a government scheme voucher to help towards getting my bike checked over. I knew what was needed to be rectified and what didn't and the crew didn't try to to pull anything over on me. This is what I expect from the crew down at this Halfords. They replaced the parts that needed to be replaced and they even did it whilst I waited. The staff at Halfords in Chesterfield were absolutely stellar. Barny in particular was very helpful. He knew exactly what I'd need, gave me all the options, didn't try to make me buy the most expensive items, and sorted out a fitting when I was in a rush.

Mandy5 StarWe went to Halfords at crystal peaks and got a rude reception from the man at the cycle point.
So we went to Halfords in Chesterfield.
We ordered a car seat and went to have it fitted.
Turns out that it was the wrong size.
JADE was absolutely amazing when she helped us with choosing the right one.
We ordered another one and again JADE fitted it in the car and it fit perfectly.
JADE is a great Sales Assistant and she is brilliant.
We will definitely be going back to Halfords in Chesterfield only because JADE made our visit more relaxed.Thursday 1st April 2021
