Customer service was very good . they were very helpful and approachable and also helped me with other things the car needed that I hadn't asked for when i first call. Dan and his team are really professional and go that extra mile to help. I got a good time slot to drop the car and was called later in the day when the work was finished.Saturday 12th February 2022

Z Davies5 StarI had a clutch issue and my car was brought to the garage by the AA. Initially I was quoted at least a week from Thursday however by Monday they had already fixed the issue.
The manager Dan explained to me on the phone exactly what happened and was very helpful through the whole process. Dan was also very positive which helped to prevent it being a more stressful situation!
Thanks also to Jon the technician for sorting the issue, what could have been a long term issue he fixed very quickly!

Stephen Collins5 StarI booked my car in a week before the date of repair due to work. I received email confirmation of the booking. I then received a phone call the day before saying if I wished to bring my car in early I could do so as they were ahead of time. I did this allowing them time to look over my car and to phone me with the suggested issues. I agreed with what was required to be carried out on my car. I then was able to pay and collect it later after work the day I originally had booked my car in. Great work and polite at all times.Thursday 10th February 2022
