Absolutely fantastic service from Kyle W. at King's Lynn store this evening! I came in with a completely unrelated enquiry/request and Kyle was ready to help straight away. It just shows that sometimes it's not necessarily the knowledge and sales skills, but rather a friendly positive attitude and willingness to help that makes the most difference between mediocre and exceptional stores. I hope management sees this review and thanks their employee as because of him, this company earned not only mine, but my company's business! Many thanks to a great member of the customer service team!

I always receive great service at my local branch of Halfords (Kings Lynn) All members of staff are always very helpful and friendly and I very rarely have to wait more than a few minutes to be served. I use the branch about 8 - 10 times a year and am never left disappointed or feeling let down even if what I am looking for isn’t in stock, because the team always do their best for me. Keep up the good work guys 👍

The new in-store search pad was a lot easier to use now it has been updated. The item I required was readily available on the shelf and easy to find. The conversation with the staff was so friendly and informed I almost left my purchase behind.

I wanted to arrange fitting of front & rear dash cams in readiness for a 4 hour trip to attend a wedding. I had recently changed my car which had them fitted. I know how important it is to have these cameras. I went to the store in Kings Lynn & enquired what was the best ones. I was taken over to the stand & all were explained to me. I took their advice & made my purchase. I was then booked in to return for the fitting. The fitting was faultless. I arrived, handed over my key & had a phone call around 1hr 30 minutes to collect. The cameras were fitted excellently. No signs of any cables/wires etc. fantastic service.

Easy to find and with good parking, this is a convenient Halfords store to use. Have a good range of products at reasonable prices. It was nice that the bike we wanted was in stock and for a fee they assemble it for you, which is great. The staff were all very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
