Had to go into the Stevenage branch for a set of wiper blades for my vehicle sadly looked like there was a shortage of staff but the ones around were doing a sterling job at dealing with customers, I managed to find the correct one for the driver's side but not the passengers managed to catch a member of staff who was running between the two tills at the front of the store and the information point (asking customers to come and pay there) she checked the display and the computer and offered to order it for me explaining when it would arrive to save me having to join the two long queues took the payment there. It's a shame that even though she had told customers that they could pay at the information desk no one bothered. Well done Zoe at least you tried to help clear the que. Sadly lost a star when purchased I was informed that someone would contact me when the order had arrived no one called on going to collect it I asked why nobody had contacted me only to be told that I was not the first to say that.

impressed with Gavins attitude - really helpful in terms of product advice and getting a dashcam installed on my vehicle. Came away confident a really professional job had been carried out. Also worth mentioning the lady on the till - I had some questions about other products and, like Gavin, she couldn't have been more helpful despite apparently being relatively new to Halfords.

Today a went to have a 10 check on my car For £15. Adi was very helpful and before I left I thought I'd get a price on on a dash cam, Adi is very knowledge on dash cams. I alway find the staff in Halfords there very helpful as I've been going there for years.
