Wow what lovely young men in Halfords in Ashford. They were so helpful sorting out my bike ready to go on an indoor trainer. Cannot thank them enough.

Luke was fabulous and brought my 40 year-old bike back to life. Initially I only booked in for the free health check, but as the bike had not been ridden for over 10 years and was in dire need of a complete overhaul, I paid the extra for the Silver Service. The two staff members I dealt with in the cycle department (Luke and his Assistant Manager - Marcia?) were helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. A service to recommend if - like me - you really need someone else to use their elbow grease on the bicycle and bring back the shine. Thanks both.

Ashford Halfords is clean and large it has good range. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They fitted a car bulb for me no problem and I know that was an awkward one to do. They knew their stuff about bikes too. Good shop happy to recommend.
