The young lady that done my hair was so lovely, but I went in 4 a colour to achive a silver grey, to get home and look at it in day light and my hair had a very strong blue tint all over it !!!! Two hrs later and that tint was getting even stronger so I ended up washing my hair twice to try to remove the blue out of it!! Not impress as the price of £60 u would think to have the colour done much better considering that u went to a professional!!😑 Customer service I will give them 5*, but 4 the colour, well i'm afraid they failed as coming from london, I had my hair done quiete a bit but never have had experienced this disappointment. Shame, as I quite liked the salon.Tuesday 28th January 2020
