I had eyelashes and nails with Lily. I’m not usually a fan of sitting in a salon but I must say this was such a positive experience for me. So relaxing and so professional. Really really happy with the results. I will now be a regular client with Lily. Thank you so much.

Booked and prepaid apprentice hair cut, salon changed my appointment time, tried to tell me I would have to pay for a standard cut as no apprentice available, had me waiting in a chair an hour for the next apprentice as I refused to pay to upgrade my cut. Unclean environment, will be avoiding staff member Jackie at future appointments if I even go back. Apprentice did a fantastic job in the end, shame it took 2 hours with waiting but appreciate she fit me in.

Had the most amazing hair done by Gemma I think I’ve ever had! I had bad re growth but had a full head of highlights cut and a full fringe which I was unsure of and Gemma didn’t push me at all and made sure it’s what I wanted to do.. it looks amazing! The highlights are some of the best I’ve ever had considering the roots I had! The colour looks amazing and the hair cut itself is perfect, she was so attentive and it was such a good experience at the salon. I’d drive 3 hours to visit again!

I took my 7 year old daughter this morning for ear piercing. We had such a nice experience! Thank you- the girls were lovely to my daughter and made a fuss of her and made it a special experience.

Pre booked and paid for a luxury manicure and pedicure for Thursday 30th June at 5pm. Arrived just before the appointment time and was greeted by a lovely lady doing hairdressing who told me the lady doing me would not be long. After patiently waiting for 20 minutes I had to interrupt the hairdresser to explain I had an appointment at 7 pm and as it was an hour and a half appointment it was not going to work. She popped in the back and returned to tell me would be about another 10 minutes so I said I would need a refund or to book for the following day. The next day was fully booked so I asked for a refund when the staff member appeared and said she was ready to start and as I was not having gels there was time. She proceeded with my treatment but there was very little choice for classic nail varnish colours so I chose from the available colours. I felt the appointment was rushed and not as relaxing as expected but let that go as time was tight. I carefully avoided anything that would affect the varnish, actually going out in Flip-flops but the next morning the polish on my finger nails was peeling off and looked very scruffy and after not wearing shoes for nearly 48 hours after the polish was applied there was the impression of my shoe on the polish. I have painted my own nails and it has always worn well so I assuming that it was the quality or age of the varnish used that caused this. I was very disappointed with this visit and cannot recommend this salon.
