Gustaf Eriksson5 StarI bought the basic Powerbreathe about two years ago to help with breathing whilst running. Can't say I was very disciplined using it, but about two months ago I decided to start using it, mainly because I wanted to see if my (relatively mild) asthma could improve.
And lo and behold, I no longer need my inhaler at night except very occasionally!! In the last three weeks I have needed my preventer 4 times ... and it seems that is if I have a beer in the evening ... wheat???
Do try it if you have asthma, it won't do any harm and it'll definitely improve your lung capacity.Wednesday 9th May 2018
Valerie Heritage5 StarI bought a Power Breathe on the recommendation of my son. I used it for 1 month prior to my asthma review. My peak flow, which had been 230 for 13 years, had rocketed to 400! Brilliant.
