She was very informative and gave us very sound advise throughout this long winded experience. We really connected well with Olivia she showed us empathy when things got stressful she encouraged and uplifted us throughout this whole process. She worked tirelessly at pushing the conveyance team along as they were stalling the process at several stages. Very friendly, polite and attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Edit: prior to this review I was due an update today regarding a decision on the property and I wasn’t rung. I called this evening and was told I was meant to be called by Megan this afternoon to let us know we weren’t successful but we didn’t. Sonny Barker5 StarFirstly, our house was sold within 4weeks of our first meeting with Haart. Not only did the team do a great job with that but the support they offered for our sale and onward purchase was more that 5 star.
I can't thank the Billie and the team more, especially Olivia who helped us out when it came to getting hold of our solicitors and being a middle person. I know for a fact that Olivia emailed daily chasing solicitors and did so without me having to ask.
