Miss Chowmeiin5 StarBest customer service, had an incident there a few weeks back when I was carrying a vase which ripped out the bag and smashed into pieces (the vase wasn’t from H&M, it was a gift I had received earlier that day).. two lovely staff members cleared up the mess instantly, and didn’t make me feel bad about it at all, rather just made feel comforted and told me not to worry about it.
